Program Notes & Requirements

The Program may require a post-installation inspection to verify compliance with program rules, accuracy of project documentation, and equipment operation. New construction program has two tiers. Tier 1: 90% to 80% of program ASHRAE baseline wattage. Tier 2: <80% to 50% of program ASHRAE baseline wattage.

Applications must be submitted on or after January 1, 2020.
